当社は国内でわずか２社のみとされるアンカー製造工場を所有しています。工場では、品質・コストにおける高い顧客ニーズに対応するため、最新のハイテク技術による「寿オリジナル工法」を導入。併せてアンカー専用のラインを設けることで、より高品質な製品と製造コストの大幅な削減、製品の安定供給を実現します。

Our company owns a factory that manufactures anchors (at present, only two companies have such factories in Japan). In this factory, we have introduced the "Kotobuki　Original Processing Method," which employs the most advanced technology, allowing us to respond to our customers' requirements in terms of quality and cost. In conjunction with the establishment of a dedicated anchor production line, we have significantly reduced our manufacturing costs and have achieved a steady supply of product at even greater levels of quality.

チェーン製造工場は川尻、広の2ケ所にあり、両工場併せて年間２万トン（最大径１６０mm)の生産能力を有しています。ISO９００１認可の工場では、厳正かつ徹底した品質管理が行われています。納期・品質において、国内外の顧客から高い評価を得ています。LRS、DNV、ABS、NKなど各船舶協会からも評価を得て、数少ない承認工場として認められています。

Our steel chain factories are situated in two locations, Kawajiri and Hiro. Together, these factories possess an annual chain production capacity of 20,000 tons (maximum chain diameter is 160 mm). We have implemented stringent and comprehensive quality management programs in our ISO 9001-certified factories. Our chain factories have earned a trusted reputation for both quality and expedient delivery, from both our domestic and our overseas customers. In addition, among all chain factories, our factories have been acknowledged by many marine shipping associations, such as LRS, DNV, ABS and NK.
