By the newly developed Ultra Centri-Separator, the use of very fine beads
of 0.05 mm or less in diameter was made possible, and both high-level dispersion
and high-precision dispersion have been materialized in the nanometer domain
breaking through the conventional limits of dispersion. |

High-level dispersion and precision dispersion |

The optimum dispersion force is made settable by giving the beads a stir by
means of the rotor pin, so that the re-coagulation in the nano-domain is
prevented enabling a high-level as well as high-precision of dispersion. |

Excellent bead separating performance |

The Ultra Centri-Separator is provided with an extremely large separating
function and turns out the Product with sharp particle-size distribution owing
to high slurry circulation even when ultrafine beads are used. |

Since the Ultra Centri-Separator is the system utilizing centrifugal force,
there is absolutely no need to worry about the trouble such as clogging of
screen and binding of slit enabling stable and highly efficient dispersion. |
