A new steelmaking mill was constructed,　containing a 70-ton electric arc furnace and a continuous casting machine. 昭和57年 （1982） ブルーム連続鋳造機およびＬＦ-Ｖ新設 　 1982 A new continuous bloom casting machine and a LF-V unit were installed. 昭和61年 （1986） フラン自硬性砂設備・五面加工機を拡充 　 1986 The furan self-setting sand molding system was expanded and a Plano Machine Center was established. 平成10年 （1998） 20t電気炉を新設 　 1998 20-ton electric arc furnace was installed. 平成16年 （2004） 寿グループを再編し、寿工業、コトブキ技研工業、ケムコ商事、コトブキソリューション、寿フーズ、郷原ゴルフ観光の6社体制に 　     平成21年 （2009） 寿工業北九州製作所竣工
